Leolandia has 200 job openings for the 2025 season!

A job that is not only rewarding but also beneficial for individual and professional growth, fulfilling, and compatible with personal commitments related to study and family.

With the opening of staff selections for the 2025 season—starting earlier than other parks on February 22—Leolandia theme park is responding to the ongoing changes in the job market and launching an innovative recruitment campaign aimed at young people, who remain the most challenging demographic to reach.

An unprecedented initiative in the Italian amusement park sector, designed to present Leolandia as the ideal environment to take the first steps into the working world and begin a professional career by acquiring the soft skills necessary to succeed in various industries. The traditional job/salary dynamic is being replaced by the human and educational aspect of the experience, in an inclusive and stimulating environment, with the goal of inspiring young people and making them active and aware participants in their career choices.

The campaign, featuring motivational headlines such as “Whatever the future holds for you, start here!” is based on a true employer branding strategy: young Leolandia employees themselves share their direct experiences to describe job opportunities, speaking the same language as their peers on Instagram and TikTok.

Open Positions, available on the new dedicated website
leolandia.it/lavora-con-noi.html, exceed 200 roles, divided into 9 key sectors: customer care, merchandising, food service, entertainment, attractions, maintenance and park care, marketing and sales, park development, and staff functions.

Among the most in-demand positions: security service staff, back-office customer support, mascots, ride operators, game attendants, food service staff, maintenance technicians, as well as a manager and coordinator for the cleaning and park maintenance sector, a surveyor for the technical office, a junior IT technician, and an internship in marketing and CRM.

For most positions, no special skills are required, except for a friendly attitude, teamwork skills, a willingness to step out of one’s comfort zone, and English proficiency for some customer-facing roles. For young people with no prior experience, Leolandia offers training courses to facilitate integration into the workforce. It is also possible to apply under the “First Work Experience” option, leaving the interview process to determine the most suitable roles based on individual inclinations, skills, and talents.

The commitment is mutual: in addition to contractual guarantees, Leolandia offers great flexibility in work shifts and a variety of benefits, including free passes and entry tickets for family and friends, discounted services, partnerships with external providers, team-building activities, and social events with colleagues. The goal is to encourage employees to continue their work experience at Leolandia in a fun and engaging environment.

In the long run, Leolandia aims to build workforce loyalty, with the dual benefit of reducing seasonal staff turnover and offering those interested a stable employment perspective, especially as the park plans its expansion in the coming years.

Giuseppe Ira, President of Leolandia, states: “The job market has changed, and companies must take into account the demand for well-being and individual fulfillment, which is now essential for new generations. Far from the stereotypes that label young people as lazy or unmotivated, companies must promote a cultural shift based on valuing individuals by creating work environments where everyone can fully express their potential and contribute authentically to collective success.”
