What is Europa Park’s Virtual Line?
Europa Park’s Virtual Line is a virtual reservation system that lets you book your spot in line.
It’s like having a clone who queues up for you—and when it’s your turn to ride, it notifies you with a message.
As mentioned earlier, it’s completely free and available to all guests for some of the park’s most popular attractions.
How Does Europa Park’s Virtual Line Work?
- Download the Europa Park app from the App Store or Google Play
- Allow geolocation (at least while using the app)—this is essential for booking a Virtual Line slot
- Tap on Europa Park from the bottom menu
- Scroll down and tap the Virtual Line section
- Select one of the available attractions
- Enter your ticket code by scanning the barcode or QR code
- You’ll be assigned a time slot, visible in the app
- You’ll receive a notification 5 minutes before your slot
- Head to the Virtual Line entrance of the attraction and show the QR code in your app
- Enjoy the ride while saving valuable time!

Do Virtual Line attractions also have a regular queue?
Yes, every Virtual Line attraction also has a regular queue, often with better theming that immerses you deeper into the story.
Can I queue for multiple attractions at once with Virtual Line?
No, you can only join one Virtual Line at a time. Once you’ve scanned the QR code at an attraction, you can immediately book another one.
Can I cancel my virtual queue?
Yes, and doing so allows you to immediately book another attraction.
Can I change or choose my time slot?
No, the time is automatically assigned, and you can’t change it during booking.
What if I’m late?
If you’re only slightly late, you may still be allowed on. But if you’re too late, you’ll miss your slot.
What if I’m with a group?
One app can book Virtual Line for up to 10 tickets. Bookings will be grouped automatically.
Can I remove tickets from the app?
Yes, you can manage tickets via your profile (top-right corner of the app).
I don’t have a smartphone or the app doesn’t work for me.
Unfortunately, Virtual Line is only available via the Europa-Park & Rulantica app.
